Ethiopia Keramo

A coffee from staggeringly high up in the famed Bombe mountains of Sidama, Ethiopia. Cherries harvested at 2300+ MASL yield extremely dense seeds packed with florals and juicy vibrant fruit flavors. We're tasting ripe peach flavors, soft earl grey tea, and poppy candied lemon acidity. 

This coffee does well with plenty of rest, tasting as  ively and open as ever a month from roast date.
