"Field Recordings" aid us in experiencing the sensations of a time and place. This is an ever rotating curation of coffees we see as a good fit for early morning automatic drip pots and espresso, highlighted for their ease of brewing. Never roasted any differently than the rest of our menu and chosen with the same care and intentionality, "Field Recordings" are put forward as a solid foundation for your coffee brewing practice as the seasons change. 

Our first selection is a washed Variedad Colombia from Olimpo Calderon. Olimpo's family has been operating three farms, Fincas Malpaso, Santana and Portal de
Belén, in the Andean hillsides of Garzon, Huila, for 40 years.

We're tasting a creamy milk chocolate sweetness, cherry cordial acidity, and a marzipan finish.
